**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development & implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, & competitor activities.
- Support the organization of promotional events & trade shows.
- Collaborate with sales & product development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends & best practices in marketing.
- Social Media Management:

- Manage & schedule social media posts across platforms to increase brand awareness & engagement
- Monitor social media trends & opportunities & come up with ideas to enhance our online presence
- Campaign Management:

- Assist in planning & executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Monitor & analyze the performance of marketing campaigns & prepare reports for management.
- Creative Input:

- Provide creative input for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas & promotional strategies
- Manage content on channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc to drive brand awareness
- Collaborate on in-house shoot concepts with the content team, offering creative ideas & assistance in execution

**Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications**
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field from a reputed college
- Enthusiasm for marketing with a desire to gain practical experience
- Really good understanding of various social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, & Instagram
- Experience with content creation is a plus, even if not professionally

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,524.77 - ₹35,067.54 per month
