**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Housing Assistance**:

- Advise students on available accommodation options both on and off-campus.
- Conduct housing assessments for students with specific needs, including those with disabilities or other special requirements.
- **Communication and Support**:

- Serve as a point of contact for students regarding housing-related concerns or issues.
- Provide counseling and mediation in resolving disputes between roommates or with housing providers.
- Educate students about housing policies, contract terms, and guidelines.
- **Accommodation Adjustments**:

- Work closely with students to identify reasonable adjustments or modifications needed for students with disabilities.
- Coordinate with other campus departments (e.g., Disability Services) to implement necessary changes in housing accommodations.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Process accommodation requests and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Monitor room availability and assist in coordinating room assignments.
- **Collaboration and Outreach**:

- Build and maintain relationships with external housing providers, landlords, and property managers.
- Assist in organizing housing fairs, workshops, or events for students to learn more about available accommodation options.
- Promote diversity and inclusion within student housing policies and environments.
- **Policy and Procedure Development**:

- Assist in the development and review of housing policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and university housing regulations.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Respond to emergency or urgent housing situations and provide immediate support.
- Offer crisis intervention and temporary housing solutions for students facing unexpected homelessness or housing challenges.

Pay: ₹18,533.60 - ₹25,092.11 per month
