**Role Overview**

The Audit Executive is responsible for supporting internal audit activities across the organization, including planning and conducting audits, verifying records, identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning and executing internal audits as per the annual audit plan.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Review financial records, operational processes, and compliance adherence.
- Verify and reconcile data using Tally Prime and Excel reports.
- Identify gaps, control weaknesses, and areas for process improvement.
- Prepare clear, concise audit working papers and documentation.
- Draft audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of audit activities and supporting evidence.
- Collaborate with process owners and relevant departments to collect information and clarify observations.
- Support risk assessments and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations, industry practices, and company policies.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Audit Manager or Management.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Working knowledge of **Tally Prime** for accounting and verification purposes.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) for data analysis and reporting.
- Basic understanding of accounting standards and financial statements.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking ability.

**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Additional certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA, CA Inter) are a plus.

**Experience Requirements**
- 1-3 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or compliance functions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
