**Responsibilities**:

- Architect the Mobile app projects, and ensure good coding practices are followed.
- Perform proactive technical research to identify and resolve technical complexities.
- Provide support to developers as and when required.
- Interview and recruit developers for following stacks - Swift, Java, Kotlin, React Native, and Flutter.
- Train freshers, experienced developers, and team leaders. Keep them updated with best practices
on design patterns, coding standards, unit testing etc.
- Assist the presales team with requirement gathering, estimations and lead closure.
- Perform code audits, and ensure definition of done is met.

**Skills Required**:

- Solid hands-on experience with Mobile App Development.
- Good and effective communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good hands-on experience with System Design, data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with making HIPAA compliant digital products shall be preferred.
- Hunger to self learn and Grow.
