Hello, My name is Pankaj Mahor. I am a self-taught software developer. I don't have any friends/relatives or any team that helped me in any way. From website development to opening this firm, everything was done by me alone. I created a small software development agency. It is a sole proprietorship firm. It is still in setup mode. I don't have any office too. Currently I am trying to run this business from my home. I would take an office in future when I will complete setup this business.

**Our Requirement**

I am looking for a business partner, a person, male or female doesn't matter. The person can work from his home. With/without experience. But the person should be able to run this whole business and handle clients independently. Knowledge of programming will be a plus point but not necessary. I will give you 50% of the total business profit. Remember, you will earn money only when the business makes some profit. If there is no profit, no salary.

As a business partner, you will be responsible for making strategic decisions, contributing to business development and key partnerships. You will collaborate with senior leadership to drive the company's vision, profitability and long-term growth.
