Educational Qualification:

- First Class Boiler Operation Competency exam passed

Work Experience:

- 4 to 6 years of working experience in large-size manufacturing industries

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Generation of energies centrally, like Steam, Chilled Water, Nitrogen, Compressed air, Brine, DM / Process / Drinking / Cooling water. Monitoring quality of all energies generated and supplied to Pharmaceuticals / Chemistry and PD. Carrying out preventive maintenance of equipment’s as per schedule. Attending breakdown maintenance. Maintaining tools / tackles properly. Up keeping the area and machines as per GMP and HSE requirements. Compliance to management systems like training, equipment efficiency improvements, Timely Documentation, SOP’s, maintenance records. Checking and verification of measurements for work done by third party. Supervision of ongoing activities by contractors / technicians in all areas. Allocation of maintenance activities on day to day basis within available resources in all areas. Coordination for receiving & allocation of work orders within chemistry in new electronic system & routine reporting of work status of all plants. To plan and organize work to meet schedules. Tracking and recording changes on P&IDs. Preparing and assisting to implement the technical changes in plants. Ensure for compliance to HSE / quality requirement from contractors. Participate in HSE meetings at plant level in all plants/ areas. Prepare all work & safety permits required for day to day working & for project work. Maintain the Service workshop and all the required tools, tackles, equipment in good working condition and timely maintenance of the same. To assist & review project progress periodically and take corrective action. To attend project review meetings and assist to prepare progress reports.
