**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Facilitating the teacher professional development content through workshops/ seminars/ small group sessions/ in
- person or online sessions.
- Preparing training slide decks, session abstracts, scripts, lesson plans, assessments, teacher and master trainer manuals, and beneficiary success stories as per the project need.
- Implement the facilitation and content strategy as suggested by the reporting manager
- Ensuring teachers integrate technology in pedagogy to improve teaching and student learning outcomes through different activities

**Educational Qualification**

**Years of Experience**

4-5 years of experience of teaching in schools, preferably in schools with Maharashtra State Board curriculum, or 2-3 years of training experience.

**Age**

28+ Years

**Work Skills**

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Good communication skills
- oral and written preferably in English

Proficient in digital technologies and is a user of software tools

Team player and collaborator

Physical reporting to office/ schools as per project requirement

Self
- starter, proactive in finding solutions and result oriented

Strong inter personal, networking and collaboration skills

**Other Skills**

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

08:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 hours duty)

**Working conditions**

There are two week offs & Sunday offs in a month apart from casual and privilege leaves. This job will also involve working in challenging community areas with infrastructural and other disadvantages.
