We are currently looking to hire a dynamic and enthusiastic **Lead Conversion Executive** to join our growing team. This role is key to driving our sales and student enrollment, and we are seeking a passionate individual who can effectively communicate with potential students and guide them to choose the right coaching program.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a **Lead Conversion Executive**, your primary responsibilities will include:
- **Converting incoming leads**: Engage with prospective students and parents through phone calls, messages, or in person, explaining the details of our courses and coaching programs to convert leads into enrollments.
- **Building relationships**: Establish strong connections with potential students and parents, ensuring that their questions and concerns are addressed effectively and thoroughly.
- **Achieving a high conversion rate**: Utilize persuasive communication and relationship-building skills to maintain a high conversion rate from leads to sales.
- **Collaborating with the team**: Work closely with both the marketing and academic teams to gain a deep understanding of our course offerings, promotions, and student needs, ensuring effective communication with leads.
- **Lead management**: Regularly update lead information in our CRM system and follow up consistently to ensure that leads remain engaged until they are converted.
**Requirements**:
- **Languages**: Must be fluent in **Telugu**, **Hindi**, and **English** to communicate effectively with a diverse range of leads.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust and converting inquiries into enrollments.
- **Sales Ability**: A passion for education combined with a sales-driven attitude is crucial for success in this role. You should be motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
- **Customer Engagement**: Comfortable speaking to both students and parents, either over the phone or in person, to clearly explain the value of our courses.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using **CRM systems** is an advantage, although not mandatory.
What We Offer:
- **Base Salary**: INR 10,000 per month.
- **Incentive**: Earn **INR 500** per successful lead conversion.
