Job Responsibilities
- Banking Activities
- Day to Day Bank closing and BRS.
- Maintain FIRC tracker for all inward remittances.
- Coordinate with banks to ensure compliance in regard to Foreign Inward Remittances.
- Preparation of Daily Cashflow and expected debtor inflows.
- Credit Card Statement Reconciliation.
- Vendor Invoice Verification and tracking of physical monthly Invoices.
- Statutory Payments Reconciliation with BOA (incl. TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & GST) before payment processing and timely return filing.
- Fixed Asset Schedule - Maintaining FAR and computing depreciation on monthly basis & annual basis.
- Maintain data on google spreadsheets and track financial information on daily basis.
- Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing etc (Managing both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable)
- Complete Administrative tasks, such as filing out paperwork and filing records.
- Resolving issues and revert to questions from clients, customers or stakeholders regarding financial information & others.
- Year end balance confirmation from Vendors and clients.
- Preparing Accruals and Prepaid Schedules
- Answer questions from co-workers, clients, customers, or stakeholders regarding financial information or issues.

Job Skills:

- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- A business acumen
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing
