Experience: Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in construction/engineering projects

**Salary**: Starting from ₹15,000 per month (negotiable based on skills and experience)

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out as per plans and specifications.
- Monitor workforce, allocate tasks, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers to maintain smooth workflow.
- Inspect and maintain quality standards of work and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage tools, materials, and equipment to minimize wastage.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and share updates with the management.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure proper execution of tasks.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.
