We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Counsellors to lead and manage the operations of our educational center.

**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the educational center, including class schedules, student services, facilities, and resources.
- 2. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of instructors, and support personnel to deliver exceptional educational services.
- 3. Collaborate with instructors to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum and adherence to teaching standards.
- 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the center's offerings and to achieve enrolment targets.
- 5. Manage student enrolment processes, including admissions, registration, and fee collections.
- 6. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and other relevant data.
- 7. Implement and enforce policies and procedures that contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
- 8. Monitor the learning progress of the students and guide, mentor and motivate to achieve success.
- 9. Provide inputs to parents on student progress at regular intervals and build a strong relationship.
- 10. Discuss student progress with teachers to get an understanding of learning issues and means to address the same.

**Salary**: Up to ₹4,800,000.00 per year
