**Job Title: Salesperson - Industrial Manufacturing & MRO Solutions**

**Location**: Vadodara, Gujarat

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial manufacturers, MRO operations, distributors, and technical engineers/technicians in the Vadodara area.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the industrial sector.
- Conduct detailed product presentations and provide technical support to customers on products/services.
- Collaborate closely with the internal technical team to ensure customer requirements are met with high-quality, tailored solutions.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing sales.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position the company’s offerings.
- Provide post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Track and report on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales within industrial manufacturing, Welding, MRO, or related fields.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial products, tools, or services.
- Experience in B2B sales, specifically with distributors, engineers, or technicians.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and address customer needs while offering appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of the Vadodara industrial market and the local business environment is a plus.
- A technical degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
