Job Title: Product Owner Department: Product Development Reports to: Director, Product Management Summary: **Responsibilities**: - Work closely with development and QA team in an Agile SCRUM environment to refine, prioritize, and estimate the story backlog and support the planning, development, testing and release of functionality - Be a leader, backlog owner, and end-user expert for a cross-functional Agile team of developers, quality assurance, and UX designers - Help shape the platform strategy and roadmap priorities - Participate in all Team SCRUM meetings, providing product input and leadership to the team - Create detailed use cases, supporting functional requirements, workflows, user stories and acceptance criteria - Support and lead key internal cross-functional activities necessary for product release - Collaborate with UX designers to define the user’s experience with new and existing functionality - Lead stakeholder feedback sessions, preparing presentations and engaging end users effectively to define innovative solutions - Create presentations and demos to help train internal teams and educate users on roadmap and new functionality - Review, prioritize, communicate and follow-up on product defects and enhancement requests - Develop and implement best practice business analysis and Agile product owner processes across the team Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager - Experience with: - Complex SaaS enterprise products - Agile development teams - Natural intellectual curiosity to get to the bottom of things and become an expert - Passion for creating customer value through innovative technology solutions - Results-driven, data-driven, entrepreneurial, and action-oriented - Ability to effectively evaluate a problem or situation from all angles to determine the most appropriate solution - Passion for and experience with turning data into valuable information and action - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to: - Collaborate with product management, operations, customer support, training, and user documentation teams to successfully launch new features and enhancements - Quickly and easily translate business requirements into functional requirements, well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria. - Lead and participate in stakeholder/customer conversations and focus groups to ensure full understanding of the problems, their solutions, and the processes surrounding them. - Work with engineering, user experience and software quality assurance to ensure the defined functional requirements are properly interpreted and implemented - Experience with Telecom Expense Management (TEM), Mobility Management Services (MMS), and Cloud Expense Management (CEM) a plus **Education**: - Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of work experience and education Working conditions: Office environment Working with local teams and remotely with global teams in US, India, and Romania Travel
