Dental Technician (2 Openings)

Toothrocket, a leading innovator in dental technology, is seeking two talented Dental Technicians to join our growing team In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll play a vital role in our mission to transform smiles using cutting-edge 3D printing technology.

What You'll Do:

- Orthodontic Software Specialist (60%)
- Master the art of hollowing 3D models using our specialized orthodontic software.
- Become a SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) whiz, ensuring consistent and accurate model preparation.
- Design 3D models with a focus on cost-efficiency, reducing arch material usage.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to guarantee flawless output for the next production stage.
- Own your work - strive for zero errors in hollowing and maintain adherence to production timelines for on-time aligner delivery.
- Partner with the IT team to keep our systems running smoothly and up-to-date.
- Impressions & Scanning Expert (20%)
- Keep the team informed upon receiving impressions.
- Become an SOP guru for impressions, ensuring proper handling and processing.
- Maintain meticulous records of impression details in an organized system.
- Take charge of pouring and scanning casts, ensuring accurate bite registration and full scans before treatment planning.
- Manufacturing Maestro (20%)
- Support the manufacturing team in delivering aligners within strict production deadlines.
- Become an SOP champion for aligner manufacturing, maintaining consistent quality.
- Maintain daily records related to manufacturing processes and adhere to ISO guidelines.
- Strive for zero errors in aligner manufacturing - quality is our top priority
- Take ownership of the manufacturing equipment, ensuring its smooth operation.

Who You Are:

- Education: Diploma in Dental Technology or a related field.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a dental lab setting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy and terminology.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel a plus).
- Eager to learn and embrace new technologies.
