WE have urgent openings for the post of **Lab chemist** - **Job Location =** Chunabhatti. - **Fix Salary =** 35000 per month. - **Experience =**3 Years + - **Note =** Immediate Joining. **Job description** - Design, develop, and optimize lab and pilot-scale processes for fiber development. - Plan and execute product improvement batches, ensuring reproducibility and scalability. - Analyze process performance and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency, yield, and product quality. - Work closely with R&D teams to transition laboratory findings into pilot and production-scale processes. - Prepare, measure, and mix chemicals and solvents according to precise formulations. - Ensure proper storage and labeling of chemicals and solvents, complying with regulatory standards. - Handle hazardous materials responsibly, ensuring safe transfer, usage, and disposal. - Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, including PPE usage, ventilation controls, and spill management. - Maintain and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and chemical inventory logs. - Ensure compliance with local, national, and industry-specific safety and environmental regulations. - Operate and maintain lab-scale and pilot-scale equipment, such as reactors, fume hoods, and analytical instruments. - Perform routine calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on process - related equipment. - Testing, Analysis & Documentation: - Conduct chemical and physical testing of process batches, interpreting results for process refinement. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of batch parameters, test results, and process modifications. - Generate technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. **Required Skills & Qualifications**: - Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer & Science, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in process development, chemical handling **BEST REGARDS** RITA MISHRA **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Morning shift Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Lab chemist: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
