- Drive the adoption of Authentication and Authorization reference architectures for existing new and emerging IAM technologies
- Drive the adoption of creative solutions to address complex global IAM problems
- Manage the successful technical delivery for NetIQ track In depth knowledge on NetIQ Identity and Access manager Novell eDirectory Java java scripts any Access Management product suites
- Developing design of complex workflows for User Application NetIQ Driver development and Design 10 12 years of information technologies
- IT experience in Access Management Single Sign on and federations technologies
- Should have hands on experience in configuring integration of Single Sign On federation SAML with at least one access management product
- Should have good experience around installation of access management product experience in configuring Authentication Authorization policies SSO Agent configurations
- Should have knowledge of performance tuning HA for medium to large deployment of access management products
- Should have knowledge of LDAP virtual directories

**Primary Skills**:

- Should have experience in one or more of these webservers IIS Apache Nginx Server etc
- Basic knowledge of SQL PLSQL UNIX

**Secondary Skills**:

- Have good skills on Java and Java script programming will be an added advantage C
- Excellent Communication skills
