**Key Responsibilities**:

- 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the interiors industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials and industry-specific suppliers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing interior materials, including furniture, electrical, plumbing, and networking supplies.
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to understand material requirements and specifications.
- Conduct market research to find new suppliers and assess trends in pricing and availability.
- Resolve any issues related to delayed shipments, quality discrepancies, or vendor concerns.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities and update management on the status of orders.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained for ongoing projects.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and continuously seek opportunities to optimize procurement processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
