- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
- Converting assigned customers leads to policy issuance
- Resolving all the queries of customers related to health insurance
- Delivering superb customer experience
Skills Required:
Communication Skills, Sales Skills, Health Insurance,
- Graduate in any stream
- Customer facing Health Telesales experience of atleast 1 year
- Detailed knowledge of Health insurance plans of various companies
- Proficient in Marathi Language
