**Job Summary**

As a **Jr. SEO Executive**, you will play a key role in executing SEO strategies that improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. You will collaborate with content creators, developers, and the marketing team to ensure that SEO best practices are implemented across various projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational SEO experience who is eager to grow and expand their expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **On-Page SEO**:

- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, URLs, and internal linking, to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for traffic growth.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly copy that aligns with target keywords and audience intent.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Perform technical SEO audits to identify issues like broken links, crawl errors, site speed, and mobile optimization.
- Assist with implementing structured data and schema markup to enhance search visibility.
- Work with web developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are in place, including proper site architecture and indexing.
- **Off-Page SEO & Link Building**:

- Assist in the development and execution of link-building strategies to increase the domain authority and credibility of client websites.
- Conduct outreach to blogs, websites, and influencers for backlink opportunities.
- Monitor backlinks and report on the effectiveness of link-building campaigns.
- **Local SEO**:

- Optimize local SEO efforts, including managing Google My Business listings and other local directory profiles.
- Ensure consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) across all online platforms.
- Work on building local citations and improving local search visibility.
- **SEO Tools & Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to track website performance and analyze traffic trends.
- Provide regular performance reports on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement optimization strategies.
- **SEO Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in content and keywords.
- Suggest improvements based on competitive benchmarking and market research.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with content, social media, paid media, and web development teams to align SEO efforts with broader digital marketing strategies.
- Assist in coordinating SEO tasks within broader marketing campaigns to ensure cohesive execution across channels.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proven track record of improving website rankings and increasing organic traffic.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Familiarity with keyword research tools like Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, or other SEO tools.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with team members and reporting on performance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with e-commerce or local SEO is a plus.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of the latest SEO-related updates such as Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing, and schema markup.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing disciplines, including content marketing, social media, and paid search.
