Providing counselling face to face, over the telephone, or online
- Working with individuals, families or groups
- Keeping confidential records
- Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients
- Listening to clients' concerns, empathising with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different
- To enrol new students at institute by responding to all prospective parent enquiries and ensuring an efficient and proactive
- Follow-up of leads ensuring the admissions into the institute to meet expectations of the business plan of the school.
- Acting as a first point of contact for Admissions, from enquiry through to enrolment.
- Documenting and responsible for the visit management, enrolment, recording of accurate information and liaison with key members of staff. - Responsible to produce timely, accurate and high-quality data - Data to support continuous analysis... Knowledge of Customer Management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
