**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **dynamic and enthusiastic fresher (BBA/MBA)** to join us as a **Student Placement Coordinator**. The role involves coordinating placement activities, building connections with recruiters, and supporting students in achieving their career goals. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to start their career in HR, corporate relations, and student engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in organizing placement drives, recruitment sessions, and career fairs.
- Build and maintain databases of students and recruiters.
- Communicate with companies and HR professionals for placement opportunities.
- Guide students in preparing resumes, interview skills, and group discussions.
- Coordinate with trainers to understand student skills and map them to job openings.
- Share job opportunities with students and follow up on placement progress.
- Support senior team members in achieving placement targets.
- Represent CodeSquadz in campus drives and industry networking events.

**Eligibility & Qualifications**
- **Educational Qualification**: BBA / MBA (HR, Marketing, or General Management).
- **Experience**: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interacting with students and corporate professionals.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Eagerness to learn about recruitment processes and IT industry requirements.
