**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Greeting Customers**: Welcome customers as they enter the café.
- **Taking Orders**: Receive orders from customers, both at the counter or via the menu, and relay them to the kitchen or baristas.
- **Serving Orders**: Hand over food and beverages to customers promptly and accurately.
- **Answering Queries**: Provide information about the menu, including special offers, ingredients, or allergens.
- **Clean the Counter Area**: Regularly wipe down the counter, display shelves, and surrounding areas to maintain hygiene.
- **Clear Tables**: Help with clearing dirty dishes and cups from the customer tables.
- **Stock and Restock Items**: Ensure that condiments, napkins, sugar, and other essential items are stocked at the counter.
- **Address Issues**: Listen to customer complaints or concerns, especially regarding orders or service, and resolve them or escalate them to the manager.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Strive to maintain a positive attitude and ensure customers leave satisfied
- **Coordinate with Staff**: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, baristas, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- **Assist During Busy Times**: Help during rush hours by ensuring fast service and maintaining the flow of operations.
- **Promotions and Upselling**: Inform customers about ongoing promotions or suggest additional items to increase sales.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
