- Accurately measuring food preparation ingredients
- Preparing food ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables

**Qualifications**

**Proven commercial kitchen experience.**

**Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.**
