**Job Role**

Managing multiple aspects like, HR Operations including Recruitment,

**Key Responsibilities**
- To work closely with Finance and/or Management Team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and other claims.
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
- Managing a team of 1-5 people.
- Able to generate leads and grow the same month on month with a high
- quality hit ratio
- Deal with the existing customers over calls regarding the products, resolve issues, and convert them.
