**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Promote hotel facilities and services (rooms, banquets, F&B, events, etc.) to maximize sales revenue.
- Conduct sales calls, site visits, and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and prepare proposals to close business deals.
- Collaborate with the operations and events team to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for management review.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in **hotel sales / hospitality sales** (minimum 2-4 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hotel PMS/CRM systems is an advantage.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
