Responsibilities:

- Manage and track orders from placement to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure efficient order processing and shipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, product information, and other operational matters.
- Conduct cold calling activities to generate leads, onboard new clients, and expand the customer base.
- Assist in recruitment processes by conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions using our internal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer support to enhance operational efficiency and resolve any issues.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands related to Indian Ethnic Wear.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
