**Job Description;**

UK & Europe Technical Recruiter with experience recruiting for FinTech & IT Roles:
We are looking for a strong recruiter with a solid background working in FinTech, Finance and IT roles. We are currently partnered with many clients in London, who are primarily from the capital markets industry, experience recruiting for London based companies would be greatly appreciated for this role. In addition, having technical knowledge of various roles within Trading Firms and Exchanges would be greatly beneficial for this role.

**The Successful Applicant Will Be**:*

Coachable: We provide and require custom training at every level of our business
- Minimum of 1-3 years relevant recruiting experience, technology/software with financial technology recruiting. (Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, CVLibrary etc.)
strongly preferred
- B2B Recruitment and sales experience: Experience winning, closing, and growing accounts
- Ability to persevere through rejection
- Open to receiving feedback, learning, and getting better
