- Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as Turning
- Read, interpret and follow blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
- Ability to read and understand G and M code programming.
- Operate Contour measuring, Surftest and digital inspection equipment.
- Regularly adapts procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment to meet print specifications
- Work with team to trouble shoot operations and/or flow issues
- Maintain and look for opportunities to improve time standards across all aspects including; reduced cycle times, improved setup times, reduced downtime
- Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards, and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
- Meet documented and communicated standards for quality and productivity
- Keep records of production quantities and time
- Work safely with small hand tools and measuring equipment
- Maintain a safe and clean work area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Works under mínimal supervision and acts independently
- Provides guidance and training to others team members.
- Basic understanding on Quality System API Q1, ISO 9001 / procedure
- Product quality / measurement techniques & Understanding of PFMEA, control plan
- Complete Production planning & Control

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Rai Industrial Area Sector 38, Sonipat - 131029, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
