Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and other design software
- Strong communication skills in English and presentation skills
- Expertise in space planning, architectural detailing, and construction documentation
- Experience in FF&E selection and implementation, with a focus on luxury design

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute creative, high-end interiors for residential and commercial spaces
- Lead space planning and architectural detailing to achieve cohesive, functional layouts
- Produce detailed construction drawings and ensure on-site work aligns with design specs
- Select and source FF&E elements that enhance the overall aesthetic and quality
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and artisans to meet timelines and maintain high standards
