We are looking for a responsible and dedicated couple to oversee the maintenance and daily operations of our beach resort in Varkala. This role is ideal for a husband and wife team who can manage the property, assist guests, and handle small maintenance tasks. Accommodation for the family will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the property
- Assist guests with luggage and provide basic hospitality services
- Ensure security and safety of the resort premises
- Handle minor maintenance work and coordinate with external service providers when required
- Manage supplies and report any property-related concerns
- Support other staff members in daily operations

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or property maintenance is a plus but not mandatory
- A couple who is willing to take care of the property and guests
- Good communication skills and a helpful attitude
- Physically fit for light work, including luggage handling and basic repairs
- Willingness to stay on the property with family
- Basic knowledge of English or Hindi is an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
