The Control Officer is expected to work with operations unit from respective LOBs under TTS client operations at CSIPL to fulfill compliance obligations on Governance control requirement for the unit. The incumbent should have excellent communication skills to get the requirements completed on time, often liaising within Units/LOBs. Necessitates a degree of responsibility and a reliable, eager contributor to the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with respective LOBs, understand review requirement made by L2 an L2 line of Defence, and facilitate information.
- Liaise with respective CAP owner/ Responsible Executive to monitor progress of CAP. Engage with team to ensure CAP action is delivered as per the action date.
- Liaise with Lead BRC for Entity an enable successful conduct of DOA testing, testing of new migrations as per the COB Standards and completion of Call tree
- Monthly CSC MIS submission, track Open Issue CAPs. Timely reporting of SIRT's, PLE's and LCS events
- On MCA for CSIPL TTS CO MGE, ensure the ARCMs are updated for all the processes that are active, ensure completeness and timely submission of the MCA testing results into Citirisk/GRC
- Facilitate Operations unit with information in relation to migration of processes and fulfill ROTR requirements and resolve queries raised by CSIPL Governance Unit

**Qualifications**:

- Requires relevant experience
- Outstanding communication and convincing skills. Exceptional relationship management skills; must be able to fulfill Governance requirement while maintaining relationships within the team and unit.
- Detailed oriented, as the role requires to understand, co-ordinate, and deliver the job requirement.
