Key Responsibilities
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide clear and concise bug reports with steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
- Contribute to improving testing processes and test coverage.
- Assist in maintaining test documentation and test data.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on product quality.

Required Skills & Experience
- Basic understanding of PHP or experience with web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a team environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have
- Familiarity with any bug tracking tool (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Basic understanding of databases (e.g., MySQL).
- Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Any prior coursework or projects related to software testing or quality assurance.
