**Primary Skills**:Experienced as a Product Owner in 3GPP (Standards, Protocols & Specifications), EPC Packet Core Networks (Including: MME, SGW, PGW, GGSN, SGSN), 5G Core Networks ( AMF, SMF, UPF, NWDAF), RAN and Core Network KPIs.- Strong and in depth understanding of wireless telecom networks. Possess deep understanding of wireless telecom network architecture and network elements including RAN and Core networks, Charging and billing systems, Policy Engine.
- Experience with 3GPP standards, protocols and specifications.
- Have experience working on following protocols: GTP-C, GTP-U, Diameter, S1-AP, NAS Signaling, AAA.
- Experience with EPC packet core networks including MME, SGW, PGW, GGSN, SGSN
- Experience with 5G Core Networks can also be considered: AMF, SMF, UPF, NWDAF
- Have worked on 4G and/or 5G call flows
- Hands on experience on RAN and Core Networks as a SW architect & developer, System Engineer or QA lead
- Ability to read the big picture and then drill further down into details
- Knowledge of how wireless telecom networks are managed, configured and troubleshooted
- Experience working on RAN and Core Network KPIs.
- Experience on session setup, update and disconnect scenarios.
- Experience working on CDRs/EDRs/UDRs. Understanding or familiarity with offline and online charging syste**m**

**Responsibilities**
- Strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
- Defining product features according to customer needs.
- Leading the development process.
- Acting as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
- Managing and prioritizing product backlog items.
- Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint.
- Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release.
- Identifying areas of improvement.
- Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.
