Conversion of a call into a sales call for inbound selling and thus generating revenue for the company.
- Receiving inbound calls and providing the customers and business partners with the best possible routing for their destination and competitive fares available in the market.
- Make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements to client provided excellent customer service.
- Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, vacation packages as well as travel advice information.
- Selling vacation packages including flight, hotel, car and extra activities.
- Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Must be from Travel industry and should be well versed in any one of the GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, and World span) Knowledge.
- Creation of PNR, Issuance, Re
- issuance, Refund, Cancellation, Date Change, Voluntary & Involuntary changes.
- Experience in handling International itineraries, destinations, Corporate fares & airline updates.
- Any graduate with good knowledge of ticketing. Any graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism / IATA Certified
- Good knowledge of ticketing.
- Must have handled both International + Domestic sectors across.
- Good knowledge of City Codes / Airport Codes / Airline Codes.
- Experience in handling International itineraries, destinations, Corporate fares airline updates.
- Experience in B2B / Corporate / SOTO ticketing background
- Comfortable working for 24/ 7 shifts + Sunday working

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
