Create concepts, layouts, infographics, artwork, and interactive visuals for an engaging user experience.
- Taking account of the entire design process from concept exploration, wireframes, and prototypes to detailed specs and polished visual design mocks
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
- Craft and produce low to high-fidelity wireframes, user flows and visual mock-ups from conception to execution.
- Conceptualize and produce a wide variety of instructional media elements that are used to enhance content and user experience
- Create a cohesive style guide for use within and across products
- Select colors, stock photos, and text styles that engage a diverse audience and enhances the user experience
- Establish a consistent visual design language for the overall brand identity across varied social media/digital platforms.
- Produce media elements (graphics, audio, and video), assets, and visual treatments for use across various platforms (for example, web, mobile, presentations, icons, banners, eCards, and print)
- Experience in working with product teams from research phases of a project through delivery to engineering
- Continuously refine and expand UX + UI skills to support the needs of the team and company
- Ensuring creative output while being consistent with strong attention to detail
- Able to work on deadlines.

**Required Technical and Proficiency -**
- Wireframing, Prototyping, Image Design and Manipulation, Video and Audio editing, Animation, etc
- Adobe Tools - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, figma, XD, etc
- Good communication skills
- Ability to execute a brief into full design (forward thinking/approach)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership for working through ambiguity
- Exceptional organizational, logical and analytical skills
