Lifespark is currently building solutions for Parkinson’s Disease, and we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to understand project scopes and objectives, participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute creative ideas.
- Translate requirements into compelling visual concepts that communicate the desired message and evoke the intended emotional response from the target audience.
- Ensure consistency in designs across all marketing channels, maintaining brand identity and messaging.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in graphic design, technology, and social media; regularly share insights and introduce innovative approaches to improve project outcomes.
- Provide expertise in selecting photos, graphics, and other visual elements.
- Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details, ensuring the highest quality in all design efforts.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and rationales.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for design and a relentless pursuit of innovation in visual communication.

**Location : IIT Bombay, Mumbai**

**Working mechanism : In-person**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)
