**Requirements**:

- MBA or any equivalent Master’s degree is mandatory
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and polite demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

**Role and Responsibility**
- Handle **telecalling** with excellent English and **client communications**, including CEOs, COOs,

and other top-level executives.

- Develop new prospects and nurture client relationships to increase sales

of the organization’s products/services.
- Coordinate with the purchase department to follow up on order status

and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of **pending and dispatched orders**.
- Handle **customer queries** and provide prompt resolutions.
- Analyze international markets, generate reports, and make

recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Conduct **competitor research**and suggest improvements to stay ahead

in the market.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about cultural and legal variances in international sales

operations.
- Manage documentation, sales data, and client correspondence using MS

Office tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
