We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our creative team at Anup Solutions. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into a polished final product that aligns with the director's vision and meets the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of storytelling, visual composition, and technical proficiency in editing software.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble raw footage into a cohesive narrative according to provided scripts or outlines
- Enhance footage with sound, graphics, and effects to create engaging content
- Ensure seamless transitions and continuity throughout the video
- Improve footage quality by adjusting lighting, coloring, and correcting flaws
- Collaborate closely with directors and other team members to understand project requirements and creative vision
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve editing skills
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe After effect, Adobe Premiere Pro,
- Strong understanding of storytelling, visual composition, and cinematography principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and suggest innovative ideas
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in film studies, media production, or a related field is preferred but not required
