Key Responsibilities:

- **Team Leadership & Motivation**:Providing leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting clear goals, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- **Sales Strategy & Planning**:Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and improve lead conversion.
- **Performance Management**:Monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.
- **Training & Development**:Conducting training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
- **Sales Process Oversight**:Overseeing the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- **Collaboration**:Working with other departments, such as finance, marketing, and service, to ensure a smooth sales process and customer experience.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:Tracking key sales metrics, preparing sales reports, and providing feedback to management.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
