Job Requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to patients and their families using the provided data.

2. Take feedback from patients and their families after discharge to improve our services.

3. Present and promote our hospital facilities, services, and achievements to patients and their families.

4. Build strong relationships with patients and their families to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Meet or exceed daily call handling targets and feedback collection goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts with a 6-day working week and rotational week off.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for sales and marketing activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- BDE/Telesales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person
