We are seeking a creative, energetic, and data-driven **Content Creator** to drive our brand engagement and visibility across platforms like Linkedin, Instagram and YouTube.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy & Research**:

- Research trending content ideas and creative formats aligned with industry trends and social media best practices.
- Develop and execute a well-defined content strategy tailored for Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- **Content Creation**:

- Record, edit, and produce high-quality short and long-form videos, stories, and reels.
- Create engaging graphics, visuals, and captions that reflect the company’s brand tone and identity.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage of key projects and events to highlight company culture.
- Proficient in smart tools for creative editing.
- **Posting & Scheduling**:

- Manage the content calendar and schedule posts to ensure a consistent online presence.
- **Performance Tracking & Analysis**:

- Track and analyze content performance metrics, including audience behaviour, engagement and conversion rates.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Respond to comments and messages to foster an engaged and loyal online community.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and optimize content accordingly.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content creation for Instagram, YouTube, or similar social media platforms.
- Strong video recording and editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar software.
- Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Creative storytelling abilities with attention to aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
