**CTC: As per the Designation**

**Purpose**:
To enhance existing business and tap new business potential for the Domestic market (including Domestic regulated customers). The resource would be entrusted with a specific territory in the Domestic region and would likely to travel on a regular basis. In addition
- they would assist with marketing managers with a 1 or 2 export markets depending on how well they take up the responsibilities assign.

**Responsibility**: To be responsible for looking after part of domestic and regulated domestic marketing activities for APIs and Intermediates. A few selected export markets likely to be added.

**Job description**:

- Achievement of revenues (sales) in the assigned territories by maintaining the existing revenues, maximize the sales from existing customers and new customer acquisitions
- To drive the approval process for new customers independently through regular interactions with external and internal stake-holders
- Credit control and collections.
- Customer relationships: To maintain regular contact with the customer and build relationships through interactions and visits
- To be able to negotiate and conclude business deals
- Presentation of monthly, quarterly and annual sales and status reports
- Market and customer mapping for the key product portfolio.

- Strong knowledge of domestic market
- Understanding of Industry trends and competitive landscape
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to forge strong customer relationships
- Negotiation skills
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to take Initiative in business development
