Production Coordinator

**Location **:Kolhapur - Maharashtra

**Main responsibilities**:

- Overall project coordination for Nourishing Farms.
- Ensuring smooth communication and coordination between theManagement team, Farm Construction/ design team, Cloud Kitchens, and other partners
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Supporting scaling up the number of activities across different departments.
- Review of the proposal from various stakeholders and assist in managing of the contract/agreement.
- Develop and chase deadlines, budgets, and activities.
- To work with stakeholders to assess project performance.
- Managing dashboards for identified KPAs and KRAs.
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly progress update report for all ongoing projects

**Qualifications**:

- Degree: MBA Preferred. Any Bachelors degree will do as well.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good basic computer skills: Microsoft Office.
- Must have good planning skills.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years experience managing projects and / or field operations.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
