**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits and actively engage with potential students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, roadshows, and events to generate leads.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions for ongoing student enrollment and lead generation.
- Represent Arena Animation professionally at promotional events, trade shows, and career fairs.
- Gather market insights and competitor data to assist in strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads generated, and follow-ups conducted.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in field marketing, sales, educational marketing, or related roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
- Ability to build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
