**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an Automation Tester with at least 1 year of experience to create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts. While your primary focus will be on automation, experience or exposure to manual testing is a plus. You will work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or other testing frameworks.
- Identify, record, and track defects to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design test plans and test cases.
- Execute test cases (manual and automated) to verify software functionality and report results.
- Maintain and enhance existing automated test scripts for regression testing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.
- Provide feedback on user stories and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot issues in test environments and perform root cause analysis of defects.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or others used for writing test scripts.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Experience in API testing and familiarity with tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how automation fits into continuous integration.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with manual testing or the ability to write test cases and execute them when needed.
- Knowledge of performance testing or familiarity with tools like JMeter.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of version control systems like Git.

**Soft Skills**:
Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
