- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in cloud computing.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct training sessions to educate staff on using Microsoft Teams effectively.
- Lead initiatives to improve collaboration and communication across the organization.
- Analyze business requirements to design scalable and efficient cloud solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align cloud strategies with business goals.
- Contribute to the companys mission by enhancing digital collaboration capabilities.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong expertise in Microsoft Teams Administration and Collaboration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Basic IP Telephony systems.
- Have a solid understanding of cloud architecture principles.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hold a relevant certification in cloud computing or Microsoft technologies.
