We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal

compelling designs across various platforms. This role will involve working closely with our

marketing, product, and development teams to create graphics that meet our branding and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design creative visual content, including digital ads, social media

graphics, website elements, print materials, and more.

Collaborate with the marketing team to produce consistent, on-brand designs that

effectively communicate our message.

Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring all work is

delivered on time and to a high standard.

Create and manage brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all

platforms.

Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented

accurately and effectively.

Stay updated on industry trends and tools to continually improve the quality and

impact of design work.

Act on feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent

experience).

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range

of creative work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other

design software.

Experience with web design and a solid understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Ability to manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines.

Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in motion graphics and video editing.

Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.

Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Experience working as Graphic Designer

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
