**About the Role**

House of Creasip is seeking a passionate and creative **Influencer Marketing Executive** to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and collaborating with social media influencers to boost our brand’s visibility, engagement, and growth across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, research, and reach out to relevant influencers across various platforms
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and content creators
- Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Handle negotiations, content deliverables, deadlines, and approvals
- Monitor and track campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools
- Prepare detailed campaign reports and performance summaries
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams for content planning and strategy

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Must have a personal laptop
- Willing to work full-time from our office in Kirti Nagar

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
