**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop precise and detailed 3D CAD models for fine jewelry collections as per design briefs and production standards.
- Translate hand sketches, concept visuals, and verbal ideas into technical CAD designs.
- Ensure CAD models meet all manufacturing requirements, including correct stone settings, tolerances, metal weights, and finishings.
- Collaborate with sampling, production, and quality control teams to ensure feasibility and execution of designs.
- Make timely revisions to CAD models based on internal and external feedback.
- Manage and organize CAD file archives, drawings, and related documentation for easy access and version control.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot design or production issues, suggesting improvements where needed.
- Stay informed on evolving CAD tools, techniques, and jewelry design trends to contribute to innovation and efficiency.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in CAD designing within the **fine jewelry industry**.
- Expertise in **Rhino, Matrix, ZBrush**, or similar 3D modeling software.
- Solid understanding of jewelry manufacturing techniques including casting, stone setting, polishing, and finishing.
- Ability to interpret artistic design intent and convert it into practical, manufacturable CAD models.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and an eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams (design, QC, production).
- Degree or diploma in **Jewelry Design**, **CAD Design**, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
