We are seeking a talented and passionate Wedding Planner to join our team and contribute to our mission of crafting magical moments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding.
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of wedding events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and timeline management.
- Develop and manage detailed wedding budgets and ensure events remain within financial constraints.
- Coordinate with florists, caterers, photographers, musicians, and other vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage timelines, schedules, and event day logistics to ensure a stress-free experience for clients.
- Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during planning or on the event day.
- Provide creative input for themes, décor, and styling to elevate the wedding experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and venues to enhance collaboration.
- Stay updated on wedding trends, styles, and industry innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in wedding planning or event management (portfolio preferred).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client relationships.
- Creativity and an eye for detail to bring clients’ visions to life.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges gracefully.
- Proficiency in project management tools and budget tracking software is a plus.
- Microsoft Excel skills
